Salesforce Administrator (m/w/d)

This position is a cross-functional role where you work closely with the marketing team, the sales team, the operations team, the product development team and management team.

With a team of experienced entrepreneurs and investors we will digitalize and revolutionize the German online catering market thereby making the life of our customers much easier.


  • Full ownership of a Sales and Service implementation spanning all business functions for both the B2B and B2C parts of the business
  • Liaise with the Development team to always keep the product and Salesforce in sync through Heroku Connect
  • Design and execute efficiency analyses and improvements with the end goal of increasing the level of automation
  • Maintaining the company’s access and security architecture that leverage OWD, Profiles, Permission Sets
  • Database maintenance, data migrations and backups
  • Documenting changes, new features as well providing the users with adequate training
  • Passionate about Salesforce and willing to share your knowledge to help grow the team


  • Two years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with both Classic and Lightning
  • Experience migrating from Classic to Lightning is a plus
  • Solid understanding of all process automation features in the Salesforce toolkit particularly validation rules, formula fields, process builder, visual flows
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce and/or Lightning Components is a plus
  • Solid understanding of reporting in and outside of Salesforce
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • You care about Salesforce best practices
  • Independent, reliable and responsible mode of operation
  • Team-oriented, communicative and friendly
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written (additional languages welcome)
